Schedule Anything!

BEST Schedules, is a straightforward application to schedule the execution of Mathematica commands or jobs.  It is a 24*7 application that is continuously searching for the next job to execute.  As a consequence, users can schedule from real-time jobs, to monthly reports or even reports that are generated only once a year.

As shown below, these jobs will be executed at the desired Frequency after the Starting Date.  Skip Conditions are used to skip the execution of tasks such that jobs only run when it "makes sense" to run them.  If two jobs are scheduled to start at the same time, then that job with higher priority will be executed first.

Defining jobs and their execution conditions is really simple.  Just use the buttons below and click on Load after the job is defined.

Once defined, the set of jobs of interests can be saved as a template for future use (execution or modification).  Additionally, advanced users might want to use Web Mathematica to schedule jobs defined by BEST Schedules.  Considering that need, a script that already contains all scheduling options is provided to the user by means of the button "Past WebMathematica script".
